Responsibility :

Responsible for department’s overall effectiveness through excellence in secretarial assistance

Min. D3 in Secretarial or Management from reputable university or academy

Responsibility Description

To lead and develop business in new area strategic expansion, and to achieve total sales target.

Requirements

Work Experience and Exposure: Min. 2 yrs of experience in handling sales and distribution management, preferably in relation to the food services industry.
Skill: Selling, negotiation, communication, presentation
Education: Min. Bachelor degree form any discipline preferably in Hotel Management or Tourism
Other: Having a driving license A
Work location & condition: To be placed at Medan or Surabaya or Bali

Quality Assurance Field Inspector
Responsibility Description

To ensure that Nestle Quality Management System, food safety and compliance is consistently applied throughout the Nestle Professional

Primary Activities

Develop and maintain for:
Quality of products, water and ice quality safety, operator
HACCP
Standardization (cleaning validation: cleaning procedure, product recipe, Drink Quality Program)
Establish and follow through developments plan fro Field Quality Assurance
Follow up Field Quality Assurance issue regarding : Operator Hygiene, Micro sampling performance, Pest Management
System Design:
Set up and maintain NIMS - Nestle Integrated Management System (SOP)
Compliance (NQMS - Nestle Quality Management Systems)
Pest management, Micro sampling (Nationwide)
Promote Quality Awareness (Traffic identity)
Food safety and compliance:
Start up of new product/ new machine/ improvement/ sensory evaluation (with QM)
Ensure of standard recipe, pest control, water & ice, allergen, in cup quality
Set up and manage: Pathogen monitoring, Allergen management, Micro performance, Product storage, Machine/TA placement, T/A maintenance and operation (FQC), BMB-MS
Quality auditing:
Manage the internal audit program (FQA - Field Quality Assurance)
Training:
Perform quality training for FQA team, commercial team and operator (Quality aspect, hygiene training)

Requirements

Work Experience and Exposure : Min 1-2 years of work experience in Quality Assurance
Skill: HACCP, Food Safety, Training
Education: Min. S1 degree, preferably in Food Technology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or Food Science
Good English communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient in computer (MS Office)
Other: Having a driving license A, willing to travel frequently
